In the Spring of 2008, ConserFest formed to become a driving force of music and art to help conservation organizations, such as Block Island Conservancy (BIC), raise awareness about local environmental issues.  Now moving into our third year of existence, ConserFest continues it's efforts to promote stewardship by educating the masses about eco-conscious habits to adopt, sustainable lifestyle changes they can make and actions they can take to help protect great places, like Block Island, RI.

This past summer's ConserFest efforts were a huge success- attendance was stronger, the events bigger, the partnerships closer, the volunteers more forthcoming, the message of awareness clearer, the stewardship greater, the music epic!
